                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   WILLIAM G. JOHNS, JR., RELATIVE TO THE
                   GUNBARREL ROAD WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT NO.
                   44, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND, TWO
                   HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($2,275.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from William 

       G. Johns, Jr., relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening Project,
       Tract No. 44, for a consideration of $2,275.00.
